Newsletter On this area of the site you can download a copy of the latest member newsletter as well as download copies of past newsletters. 'E-Membership' required To access the online newsletters you now need a password. Registering for a password is simple for both members and non-members of the SEEFF. All you need to do is click on 'register' below and fill in your name and your email address. You will then be given a simple password that you can use to access password protected content on this site. or FAQ'sWhy the change By requiring registration it allows the fellowship to monitor website usage to provide better services. Password protection will also help to protect personal data of members who's contact details may appear within newsletters. Will it cost me anything No. Both members and non-members can become 'e-members' which has no relationship to your standard membership. No additional costs will be incurred Will my details be safe Yes. SEEFF will try to ensure that your details are secure and we will never disclose your personal details to any third party without prior authorisation Will I be able to remember the password and can I change it The password is the same for all e-members and is simple to remember. You therefore have no need to change it. We would ask all e-members not to disclose the password to anyone else as we would like each user of the site to register separately so that we can asses site usage. What if I forget the password In all future electronic correspondence from SEEFF the password will be displayed within the message. We would ask you not to re-register as this may result in you receiving duplicate messages. If you cannot wait until the next automated email for the password you can email us at mail@seeff.org.uk quoting your name and email address. What about my traditional paper newsletter A trial has been carried out and it has been determined that electronically distributed newsletters are successful. If you register to become an 'e-member' your paper newsletter will be stopped and you will instead be able to access the newsletter via e-mail and this website. By removing the need to post newsletters this will save the fellowship much needed money and help the environment. There are added advantages for e-members who take the newsletter electronically and these are listed on the registration form. What if I still want a paper newsletter If you have a particular need to have a newsletter posted to you please email us quoting your name and email address and your name will be relisted for postal newsletter. Is registration complex and time consuming Absolutely not! There are just two boxes to fill in (name and email address) and that's it! It should not take you more than 30seconds to complete.
